Please include your address, if we have permission to enter if you are not home, and preferred dates or times if any. Routine maintenance requests are completed Monday-Friday from 8am to 3pm.
For maintenance emergencies outside of normal leasing office hours: Monday-Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday, 10am to 3pm, please call 1-800-708-7462.

Statesman Apartments Pet Policy
Statesman Apartments are very pet friendly! Cats and dogs require an additional $350 one-time, non-refundable fee and an additional monthly pet rent of $35 per pet, limit 2 pets maximum per home. Dogs have an 80 pound weight limit. Call the leasing office for dog breed restrictions.
